How review monitoring works

BoostLocal continuously checks your connected Google Business Profile for new reviews. When a new review comes in, it appears on your Reviews dashboard and you receive a notification via Telegram (if connected).

Reviews are synced automatically. No manual refresh is needed.

AI reply generation

For each new review, BoostLocal generates a suggested reply using AI. The reply matches your brand voice and is tailored to the content and sentiment of the review.

  • Positive reviews receive a thank-you response that reinforces what the customer enjoyed
  • Negative reviews receive a professional, empathetic response that acknowledges the concern
  • You can edit the suggested reply before sending or write your own from scratch

Approval workflow for replies

Review replies follow the same approval pattern as posts. You can approve the AI-generated reply from Telegram or from the dashboard. Replies are never sent automatically unless you enable auto-reply in Settings.

Review funnel QR codes

Generate a branded QR code that links customers to your review funnel page. The funnel first asks about their experience:

  • Happy customers are directed to leave a public review on Google
  • Unhappy customers are directed to a private feedback form so you can address concerns offline

Print the QR code on receipts, table tents, or signage to passively collect more reviews.

Review widget embedding

Embed a live review widget on your website to showcase your best Google reviews. The widget is a simple script tag you add to your site. It updates automatically as new reviews come in.

Sentiment analysis

BoostLocal analyzes the sentiment of each review and categorizes it as positive, neutral, or negative. The Reviews dashboard shows your overall sentiment trend over time so you can track how customer perception is changing.
