How to upgrade or downgrade

Go to Settings then Billing in your dashboard. Select a new plan and confirm. Upgrades take effect immediately and you will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings then Billing. After canceling, your account remains active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made. Your data is retained for 30 days after the subscription ends in case you decide to resubscribe.

Payment methods

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). You can update your payment method at any time from the Billing page.

Billing FAQ

When am I charged?
You are charged on the same date each month as your original signup. For example, if you signed up on March 15, you will be billed on the 15th of each month.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact [email protected] within 7 days of a charge to discuss a refund.
What happens if my payment fails?
Stripe will retry the charge a few times over the following days. If all retries fail, your subscription will be paused and you will receive an email to update your payment method.
Do you offer a free trial?
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial on the Growth plan. No credit card required to start.
