Integrations Guide
Step-by-step instructions for connecting each platform to BoostLocal.
Google Business Profile
- Go to Settings then Integrations in your dashboard.
- Click "Connect" next to Google Business Profile.
- Sign in with the Google account that manages your business listing.
- Select the correct business location from the list.
- Grant the requested permissions (post updates, manage reviews).
If you do not see your business in the list, make sure you have verified ownership of the listing in Google Business Profile directly.
Instagram and Facebook
Instagram and Facebook are connected through a single Meta integration. You need a Facebook Page linked to an Instagram Professional account.
- Go to Settings then Integrations.
- Click "Connect" next to Instagram / Facebook.
- Log in with your Facebook account.
- Select the Facebook Page and linked Instagram account.
- Grant the requested permissions (publish content, manage pages).
If your Instagram account is not linked to a Facebook Page, you will need to link them first in Meta Business Suite.
Google Drive
- Go to Settings then Integrations.
- Click "Connect" next to Google Drive.
- Authenticate with the Google account that has access to your photo folder.
- Select the Drive folder that contains your business photos.
- BoostLocal will begin syncing photos from the selected folder.
Only image files (JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC) are synced. Subfolders are included by default. You can change the folder at any time.
Telegram
- Go to Settings then Integrations.
- Click "Connect" next to Telegram.
- You will see a link to open the BoostLocal bot in Telegram.
- Open the link and tap "Start" in the Telegram chat with the bot.
- Return to your dashboard — the connection will be confirmed automatically.
Once connected, you will receive post previews and review notifications directly in Telegram. Approve or reject with a single tap.
YouTube
- Go to Settings then Integrations.
- Click "Connect" next to YouTube.
- Sign in with the Google account that owns your YouTube channel.
- Select the correct channel if you manage multiple.
- Grant the requested permissions (upload videos).
BoostLocal publishes YouTube Shorts only. Standard video uploads are not supported at this time.
